e-Consult has been turned off at some surgeries across Kingston, with patients urged to make contact with their surgeries via telephone if the situation is urgent.
The outage started on Wednesday and New Malden GP, Dr Nick Merrifield says the system is being worked on now to get it back up and running, hopefully by the end of the weekend.
