The 36-year-old sprinter, who appears as Nitro on the fitness competition, took part in last year’s Christmas special.
Aikines-Aryeetey was born in Carshalton and studied at Greenshaw High School in Sutton until 2006.
His first major tournament medal came at the 2004 Commonwealth Youth Games where he won the silver medal in the 100 meters.
He says he’s “ready to give it all” he’s got.
