They were detained on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs, possession of a knife and an offensive weapon.
Police were called to reports of a disturbance between a group of men at around 9:30pm outside of Papa Johns last Wednesday.
They have been released on bail whilst the investigation continues.
