The Liverpool winger has had a very successful pre-season for the reds, picking up goals against Manchester United and Arsenal.
The 21-year-old was on loan at Hull City last season, ending the campaign with five goals in seven for the Championship side.
Assuming all goes to plan for the bees he would cost a combined £27.5m with a 17.5% sell-on clause in his contract.
