The match in aid of children experiencing homelessness will also feature the likes of Ronald de Boer, Louis Saha, Jaap Stam, Wes Morgan and ex-Hoops stars Charlie Austin and Alejandro Faurlin.
Celebrities Russell Howard, Pete Doherty and DJ Spoony will also be involved.
Kick-off at Loftus Road is 7.15.
The football match, to be broadcast live, is part of a 3-hour live show combining sports, music and festive fun all to raise vital funds for housing and homelessness charity Shelter and QPR in the Community Trust.
