Lawyers for the claimants say the women worked as nannies and private air stewards for the former Harrods and Fulahm FC boss.
The women are seeking compensation for the alleged abuse they suffered while employed by Al Fayed between 1995 and 2012.
The Al Fayed estate has been contacted for comment.
