Emergency services were called to a house on Tilson Gardens just after 8 o’clock this morning.
Part of a split-level maisonette on the fourth and fifth floors of a residential block were damaged.
Three people left the scene before the brigade arrived and were treated in scene for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
