A walk turned into an unexpected rescue mission when four-year-old spaniel Lexi followed a family of ducks, straight into a pond.
The White Watch firefighters rescued exhausted pup Lexi from the mud after getting stuck, reuniting her safely with her owners.
Onlookers cheered and applauded the crew for the heroic “paw-some” rescue.
