Six fire engines and 40 firefighters were called to a fire at a waste recycling plant just before 5am.
Around ten tonnes of mixed recycling on the first floor of a three storey building was destroyed by fire.
Fire crews from Wandsworth, Battersea, Fulham, Tooting and Chelsea fire stations were in attendance.
