Experts hope a new scanning technique could lead to personalised treatments for patients with some of the most aggressive type of brain cancer.

Before the new imaging method, only invasive biopsies could tell whether a glioblastoma tumour would respond to immunotherapy.

Dr Gabriela Kramer-Marek from the Institute of Cancer Research, based in Chelsea and Sutton, says any new advances are welcome.
