England flanker Ben Earl says their disappointing Six Nations campaign has been a “massive realisation” that they’ve taken their eye off the ball.

Steve Borthwick’s side, who were one of the favourites to win the tournament after a strong campaign start at Twickenham, have lost two of their three matches so far.

Their first match saw them beat Wales by 48-7 at The Home of English Rugby.

Borthwick’s expected to make major changes for their next match against Italy.
