Elmbridge Borough Council says it is concerned about the impact the ULEZ expansion is having on its small businesses.

Residents are being asked to complete a form on the authority’s website detailing their experiences with the scheme so far.

TfL expanded the £12.50 daily charge for the most polluting vehicles to all of London at the end of August.

Although Elmbridge is considered a Surrey borough, it borders the zone.
