Eleven people have been arrested in a joint operation by Surrey Police and Immigration Enforcement at Kempton Park Racecourse.

Last Thursday, the forces joined the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit to target illegal working and modern slavery.

Five people were also detained for removal from the UK and six released on strict immigration bail.

Borough Commander for Spelthorne Matt Walton says it was a successful operation.
