Warrants were executed yesterday at multiple locations across London, including properties in Sutton.
The suspects were arrested for conspiracy to commit criminal damage, with one also suspected of harassing a repair team.
Items believed to be connected to the offences have been recovered, and those arrested remain under questioning.
