The electricity transformer will start making its way from Luton on Saturday ending its journey at Weybridge Substation on Monday.
The unit will require a police escort as it is 58 metres long and 5 metres wide.
It will travel along the M25 before coming off at junction 11 for Chertsey and travelling through Ottershaw and Sheerwater.
