The motorway will shut between junctions 10 and 11 for Chertsey from 9pm on Friday, the 12th of July until 6am on Monday, the 15th.
The closure is to facilitate the installation of a new bridge on the roundabout at the Wisley Interchange.
Drivers are being told to only travel if necessary.
