The incident happened along Egham Bypass on Saturday the 10th of May just before 7pm.
A White man reportedly exited a blue Saab near Maranello’s, sprayed two people in another car, then briefly followed them towards Staines.
The victims, who reported stinging sensations, were taken to hospital with skin irritation and eye burns; the substance is being tested.
