Demand on a homelessness charity in Kingston has increased by 30% in just 12 months.

Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness says it is seeing a minimum of ten new people a week at its drop in centre.

The charity helps people into immediate, safe accommodation by referring them to appropriate, short-term housing or hostels.
