Croydon Council says it is taking steps to terminate its contract with the company that looks after its bus shelters

The authority signed an agreement with Valo Smart City in 2021 but claims no shelters have been installed in the borough since.

Croydon’s Executive Mayor, Jason Perry, says the “worst” part is that all of the existing bus shelters were also removed.
