The centres support children up to age 19 and their parents and guardians with education, housing and health queries.
Three hubs will open in Selsdon, South Norwood and central Croydon and will also include outreach and digital services.
Croydon is widely recognized as one of the youngest boroughs in the UK with roughly one in four residents aged 17 or under.
