Conor Gallagher has completed his transfer from Chelsea to Atletico Madrid – signing a five year contract with the La Liga side.

The England midfielder’s move to Spain brings to an end his 18 years at Stamford Bridge, after coming through the Academy from the age of six.

Gallagher made 95 senior appearances for Chelsea and frequently captained the club last season.
