Chiswick sportsman Luke Belfield is going to attempt to swim across the channel this week.

Luke was born with Juvenile Arthritis and if he succeeds, he will become the first person with that disease to do so.

One of his goals is to spread awareness about Juvenile Arthritis, which affects around 12,000 children in the UK.
