Run by Age UK Sutton, it will offer social activities, support, and day-care for former Cheam Priory Day Centre users and residents.
The building closed in October for unpaid rent and repairs, with the Council providing alternative support.
Based at 316 Malden Road, it’s due to open on the 12th of January.
