On Saturday, boats and Brentford Lion-painted oars, partly funded by the Rowing Foundation, were stolen from Ferry Quays.
The club has 90 members aged 13 to 18, who train six days a week and compete nationally and internationally.
Coaches vow training will continue despite the setback, with the next race at Hampton in three weeks.
Police are investigating.
