Bosses at Lime e-bikes are going to clamp down on irresponsible usage after Richmond Park’s MP intervened.

Sarah Olney met with the company last September following complaints about the anti-social way the bikes are often left.

Lime says it is to introduce measures later this year such as an advanced AI end-trip photo review to detect poor parking in real time.

There will also be a QR code on the bikes to encourage feedback and Lime’s street enforcement team will be increased by 60% .
