Battersea’s MP says there are other options that don’t involve closing Lavender Hill Police Station’s front counter.

If the move is confirmed by the Met Police, it will leave Wandsworth with no full-time police station front counter open to the public.

Labour’s Marsha de Cordova says there must always be a physical option available for those who cannot get online.

She says there are also alternative locations to consider.
