The redevelopment is led by South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust.
It will restore outpatient mental health care by 2027 and open a specialist school for children with emotional and mental health needs.
The project is part of a wider programme including a £110m Tolworth Hospital rebuild planned for 2028.
