Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has praised Enzo Maresca after his departure from Chelsea.

The Italian leaves Stamford Bridge with Chelsea in fifth position, with only one Premier League win since the start of December.
Arteta says Maresca did well during his tenure.

Liam Rosenior is the favourite for the vacant position.
He manages Chelsea’s sister club Strasbourg in Ligue 1 where they sit 7th and compete in the UEFA Conference League.
Chelsea under-21s manager Calum McFarlane will take charge against Manchester City on Sunday.
