An MP has raised concerns about some Hounslow Council staff with the authority’s leader.

Ruth Cadbury says she’s had reports from residents about the “dismissive and sometimes bullying way” they have been treated.

Ms Cadbury says she understands all councils are under “extreme pressure but those in need should be treated with care and respect.

The Labour MP has spoken with Hounslow Council leader, Shantanu Rajawat, who has committed to addressing the problem.
