Almost a third of workers have experienced violence, aggression or abuse in the past year, according to a survey.

Commissioned by The Suzy Lamplugh Trust, findings also show the most common behaviour was verbal abuse, followed by bullying or intimidation.

The Trust was established in 1986 after the 25 year old went missing while showing a property to a client in Fulham.
