Officers were called to reports of a group of youths loitering outside a bike shed along Propeller Crescent.
They resisted arrest but was found with a serrated machete with a 12-inch blade, cannabis, scales, and a suspected stolen phone.
They have charged with Possession with Intent to Supply and Offences of Weapon Possession.
