Officers are appealing for witnesses of the incident just before1pm on Wednesday last week.
The collision happened between a delivery van and a woman on a service road outside The Ark on Talgarth Road.
The van driver stopped at the scene and was not arrested.
Any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage is urged to contact police on 101.
