33 year old Arizo Nour from Feltham has been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey in December.
Police were called to an address in Northumberland Crescent last Sunday to reports of a concern for welfare.
Nobody was found inside the property, however there were signs that a disturbance had taken place.
The remains of the body of 57 year old Karima Nour, were found in the nearby Grand Union Canal.
