A woman from Weybridge will take on the Royal Parks Half Marathon this morning in memory of her brother. 24-year-old Juliet Bullen lost Austin following a mental health crisis in January. She is aiming to raise as much money as possible for mental health charity, Mind, by running the 13.1 miles.
