A woman from New Malden is taking on a 60 mile walking challenge to raise money for Movember this month.

64 year old Alison Martins lost her husband, Jim, to suicide 16 years ago in 2008.

With suicide the biggest cause of death for men under 44, she wants to recognise the 60 men that lose their life every 60 seconds.

Alison tells us why she felt it was important for her to take on the challenge and raise money for charity Movember.
