The London Transport RT type will be staffed by volunteers from 1950s Vintage Bus Hire and The London Bus Museum.
The service has become so well-used in previous years that there will be a bus every 20 minutes next Wednesday.
Buses will leave operate from Danebury Avenue in Roehampton and Putney Bridge Station using the 430 route.
