A “viewing day” is being held next week for prospective buyers of a derelict pub in Worcester Park.

HG Wells in Cheam Common Road has been closed since early 2020.

It sold for £2 million in 2021, but the deal fell through and it has been empty ever since.

Prospective buyers are being invited by property agent, Rapleys, to view the site on Thursday at 1pm.
