Bhavik Patel, owner of The Vape Shop, was issued with an official notice following complaints from the public.
It prohibited the leaving of boxes and pallets on the pavement and the obstruction of the highway.
Patel accepted he was guilty of breaching the notice.
He had to pay Croydon Council’s court costs which amounted to £8,000.
