Mole Valley District Council provided evening tennis sessions at Christ Church Lawn Tennis Club over a six-week period.
They were funded by the government’s Homes for Ukraine scheme.
The council says most of the participants had little tennis experience
But made progress thanks to LTA accredited coach, George Ellis.
