14 year old Sean Igbokwe has cerebral palsy which causes uncontrolled muscular movements known as dystonia.

Wires pass through his skull and record abnormal brain waves allowing clinicians at Evelina Children’s Hospital to access data.

Previous devices would need to be replaced after 4 to 5 years, however, the new rechargeable device has an unlimited lifespan.
