Remona Clarke, 46, was moved into the one-bed flat in Battersea by Wandsworth Council in 2014.
She claims the flat has impacted her health after experiencing long-running issues with damp and mould.
Wandsworth Council disagrees with her claims but has said it would work with her to improve her living conditions.
