A trading standards investigation led to a court appearance for Arena Food Market in Upper Tooting Road.
The owners have been given 28 days to pay a total of £5,100 in fines and costs after admitting selling a vape to a 15 year old.
Trading standards employed the teenager to carry out test purchases of vapes as part of a crackdown on shops breaking the law.
