31-year-old Benjamin Whitcher was first caught on camera going over the limit on the M3 in Sunbury back in April 2021.
He was caught again two months later in Twickenham and on both occasions claimed it wasn’t him driving.
An investigation was subsequently launched, and following his guilty plea, he will next appear in court in December for sentencing.
