Lime Grove will be closed off to all drivers each day between 8.15 and 9.15am and 2.30 and 3.30pm under the plans.
It’s to limit traffic at peak times around Christ Church Primary School.
Residents in nearby groves say they fear the part closures will push more school time traffic through their roads.
