A report by The Times in November claimed the box in Kingston Road took over £450,000 in fines over eight months.
The council disputed the figure at the time.
It said it came from erroneously combining the fines of two separate box junctions in close proximity to each other.
The meeting will take place at Richard Challoner School at 7pm.
