Richmond Council is allowing The Builders Arms pub to close Field Lane and Bridgeman Road on Sunday 4th May.
The party will start at 12pm and will include a tug of war, charity cake sale, and a dog talent show.
The council is encouraging residents across the borough to host their own street parties by agreeing to waiver road closure costs on 3rd, 4th and 5th May.
