A plumber from Wimbledon is among those who died in a tragic avalanche in the French Alps last week.

Shaun Overy was killed at the Val d’Isère resort alongside a French national.

Another British skier, Stuart Leslie, also lost his life in the incident, with his friend Craig Hunter saying he “squeezed everything out of every moment.”

He is being remembered as someone who lived life “to the absolute maximum.”
