A number of houses for people with learning disabilities and autism are to be built in Byfleet, Cobham and Horley.

Planning permission has been granted for the three sites, with £24 million being invested.

The new constructions will provide properties for 44 residents who will be supported to gain independence and daily living skills.

Construction is expected to get underway early next year.
