A £1 million grant has been secured from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust to create the housing development .
The homes will be built on the former site of Haig Housing Trust’s Headquarters near Morden Park golf course.
The Trust is the country’s largest military housing charity, with over 1,500 properties across the UK.
