A new five year scheme has been launched with the aim of helping disabled residents and those with health conditions get into work.

Backed by the Department for Work and Pensions, Connect to Work will run in Croydon, Merton, Richmond, Kingston and Sutton.

Ingeus will deliver the programme in Croydon, Merton, Kingston and Sutton, with Workmatch supporting Richmond.

The scheme offers coaching, job matching and in-work support, helping up to 1,400 residents a year.
